VIDEO: At least one person is dead following a house fire near Chickasaw Park.

Officials said the fire was reported just before 6:30 a.m. Thursday in the 4400 block of Exley Court, off of South 45th Street.

Police said they found one person dead inside the home. Their name has not yet been released.
