VIDEO: Gov. Andy Beshear has been honoring the lives of Kentuckians who have died of COVID-19, one of those being Zoneton fire Chief Robert Orkies, who battled the virus and cancer.

Orkies died last week at the age of 55. He was diagnosed with cancer in September, and during chemotherapy treatment, he contracted COVID-19.
