A Shawnee mother affectionately known as “the food lady” for helping those less fortunate during months of protests in Louisville, is now the one in need of help after a fire on Christmas destroyed her home.

For Chaunda Lee, Christmas this year won’t be remembered because of smiles and happiness. “I just came from being homeless.
