An Olive Hill man accused of getting lit and torching his niece’s porch back in 2018 pleaded guilty last week to a reduced arson charge, according to his court file.

Larry Harris, 68, entered an Alford plea March 2 to second-degree arson, a reduction from first-degree arson. Per his plea agreement, prosecutors are asking for him to serve 15 years in prison, five fewer than the maximum.
