PHOTOS: Spencer County firefighters spent the day Wednesday monitoring a barn that went up in flames, along with about 100 round bales of hay.

According to the Taylorsville-Spencer County Fire Protection District, the barn fire was reported after 9:30 p.m. Tuesday at 480 Ochs Lane. Firefighters arrived and found the barn and hay fully engulfed in flames.
